Drill, Baby, Drill

The objective of this project was to create a call to action poster as instruction for an audience and to provoke an immediate response. We had to choose one word and recreate it in a physical form that was relevant to the topic.

I chose the typeface Drescher Grotesk because of its boldness. I carved the word "Drill" into styrofoam, painted it and put a mixture of corn syrup and paint to mimic oil mixed with blood.
